Pasta & Pomo is a fast-casual pasta bar built around one simple idea: pasta tastes best the same day it's made. All of our pastas are made fresh in house — never shipped in, never cut corners — just real dough rolled and cut to order, so every bowl comes to your table tasting handmade, because it is.

Coiled, curious, and always pointing you toward something delicious, Pasta is our fusilli-swirl mascot — just as excited about a fresh batch of noodles as you are. Think of Pasta as the friendly hello at the door: casual, a little goofy, and genuinely glad you're here.
Round, rosy, and endlessly cheerful, Pomo is our tomato half of the duo — a little nod to the simple, honest ingredients behind every sauce. Where Pasta brings the energy, Pomo brings the warmth.
All of our pastas are made fresh in house. Nothing is shipped in pre-made — if it's on your plate, it was made close to the moment you ordered it.
From the dough to the sauce, we do the work ourselves. “Made in house” isn't a line on a menu for us — it's just how we cook.
Great pasta doesn't need to be complicated. We'd rather keep the ingredient list short and let good technique do the talking.
Fast-casual doesn't have to mean impersonal. We want the pace to be quick and the welcome to feel like anything but.
